Joyce C. Knauff & Associates is a boutique search firm specializing in information technology. At the core of our track record of success is our team of savvy business veterans. And in our more than 25 years as technology specialists, we maintain an enviable database of staffing resources.
Our founder and president, Joyce C. Knauff, spent a large portion of her early career on the “client” side of the business. Because of this, she understands firsthand what it takes to build a successful team. During a 10-year stint as a Personnel Administrator, Knauff built an entire “third generation” information technology organization for a Fortune 500 insurance company.
Knauff began her career in executive search as manager of research for a well-known executive search/management consulting firm. As both a researcher and consultant, she handled assignments ranging from position definition to candidate identification and assessment.
In 1979, Knauff became a founding partner in an information technology executive search firm, and then in 1982, she formed Joyce C. Knauff & Associates. Since that time, the company has grown to become one of the most successful of its kind in the Midwest.
