Founder and president, Joyce C. Knauff spent a large portion of her early career on the "client" side of the business, so she understands first hand what it takes to build a successful team. As a Personnel Administrator for 10 years, Knauff built an entire "third generation" information technology organization for a Fortune 500 insurance company.

She began her career in executive search as manager of research for a well-known executive search/management consulting firm. As both a researcher and consultant, she handled assignments ranging from position definition to candidate identification and assessment.

In 1979, Joyce became a founding partner in an information technology executive search firm. In 1982, she formed Joyce C. Knauff & Associates. Since then, the company has grown to become one of the most successful of its kind in the Midwest.

Joyce works closely with her associates and clients to ensure complete satisfaction and successful candidate placement.
